Is there an execution limit?

None that we impose. Your workflows are limited by the RAM and CPU of your plan, not by a counter.

Can it reach my other ModernHost apps?

Yes. Your Postgres, your Gitea, your Listmonk, all reachable over the network with single-digit millisecond latency between them.

How much RAM does it need?

n8n is comfortable on the Starter plan for light workflows. Heavy or parallel workflows want Pro.

Can a workflow send email?

Yes, with a Send Email node and an SMTP credential you add inside n8n. Any provider works, and Brevo's free tier covers most workflow alerts. n8n's own account email, the invites and password resets, is wired up separately when you deploy and needs nothing from you.

Can I send a newsletter with it?

Not through us. Sending the same message to more than fifty people in a day is held, because our mail service carries transactional email and keeps bulk off it. Use Listmonk with your own sending provider, which is the tool built for the job.
